The Get Healthy Service transitioned to a new service provider, Diabetes Australia on 1 July 2023. If you used the service prior to July 2023, and were a resident of NSW at that time, your participant information, has been securely transferred to the new service provider, Diabetes Australia.

If you are a resident of Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Norfolk Island (NI)  and have participated in the Get Healthy Service in the past, your personal data will be transferred to your state or territory government. State and territory privacy legislation applies to your information when it is stored by your state or territory government.

Our Get Healthy Service coaches will be available on reduced hours over the holiday period: The Service will be closed from Monday 23rd December - 1st of January. The service will have reduced hours on Saturday 21st December, 2nd, 3rd and 4th January. If you need medical attention or advice, please contact your doctor or local hospital.
